The call for abstracts is now closed. Authors will be informed of the final format of their presentation in October 2008.

The scientific program offers 36 multidisciplinary topical sessions covering a wide range of Arctic research topics. A limited number of oral presentation slots are available during the plenary sessions, with most being allocated by invitation from the International Organizing Committee (IOC). Plenary session presentations will be high impact, broad scale presentations, likely to reach a multidisciplinary audience.

The IOC and Session Chairs may assign abstracts submitted as oral presentations to the poster session. Both oral and poster presentations carry equal weight and abstracts will be published for both.

Please note that undersubscribed topical sessions will be either merged or cancelled, with authors given the opportunity to present their papers in the form of a poster.
